System Overview

The System offers standard time and attendance payroll reports that you can generate such as time card reports, raw time report (actual time clock punches), exceptions report (Late, Early, Absent), and various other reports to make your payroll activities much faster and cost effective. Having an automated time and attendance solution also can help stop errors. For example, mistakes when transferring manual data and calculating employee hours are costly and can be greatly reduced.

The System keeps track of salary-related transactions. The system is designed to accomplish the tedious task of computing employee's compensation. It generates pay slip, payroll register, loan amortizations, balances and other significant reports such as withholding tax, Social Security System, Pag-Ibig and PhilHealth contributions and deductions. The system is powerful enough to automatically compute employee's salary adjustments, deductions and contributions based on your own company policy.

Automatic Loan Deduction facility

Once the necessary loan deductions are already inputted in the system, it will be automatically reflected in the payroll computation under loans by preset payment schedule.

Automatic Deduction of Withholding Tax, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig

The time consuming process of manually computing the different mandatory government contributions will no longer be a problem. The system provides an automatic deduction of WTX, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig. Furthermore, the user will have the option to set the frequency of deductions and contributions. It doesn't stop there! CCTI Payroll System allows you to generate reports on these deductions and are also readily reflected in the individual employee's pay slip.
